There is solution to fix that? I don't know what to do with this.

Here's what worked for me:

1. Delete the Repositories folder and rerun the webui-user.bat file.
2. If that did not work, delete the Repositories folder again and try connecting to a different internet source.
3. Then run the webui-user.bat file again.

I've already solved this issue myself when changing default browser to Google Chrome. With Firefox it doesn't work.
