Git is installed.

My "Stable Diffusion" Folder is on my Desktop ^^, I think thats the issue.

That's not it. Judging by the folder name, I'm guessing you downloaded it from here, in which case it's missing the .git folder.

To fix it, download a new copy (the right way).
git clone https://github.com/AUTOMATIC1111/stable-diffusion-webui
Then move your models, settings, etc. over.
