Search box disappears if text is entered after filling the Source URL box

Describe the bug
Typing in the Search box after typing in the Source URL box will make the Search box disappear and text will be added to the Source URL box instead.

To Reproduce:

1. Go to the Add App screen.
2. Type something in the Source URL box
3. Type something in the Search box.

Please complete the following information:

• Device: Pixel 7 Pro
• OS: GrapheneOS
• Obtainium Version: 1.1.21

Additional context
This problem only occurs when text is typed in the Source URL box first. Doing the opposite does not cause this issue.
