Welcome to the MERL Tech DC 2018 GitHub Repo!

This is a public and open-source library for code, guides, and tools that have been shared or created through the MERL Tech DC 2018 conference. All content in this repo is free and available to be used for Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, & Learning (MERL) activities or tasks by any organization. All content shared in this repo is subject to the MIT License.
