Facebook Marketing: fix misleading "start date" tooltip and increase default "start date" to 3 years

Tell us about the problem you're trying to solve

The facebook marketing API allows 37 months of historical data to be pulled (code pointer). Currently the connector defaults to pulling 2 years when a start date is not specific by the user. Also the tooltip defined in the spec file misleads the users into believing that only 2 years of history can be pulled when we actually have the ability to pull 37 months worth of history.

Describe the solution you’d like

Since we have the ability to go back 37 months I think the default should be 3 years and the tooltip should be updated so that users are aware that they have the ability to go back 37 months.

Describe the alternative you’ve considered or used

A facebook marketing API power user will recognize that the API offers 37 months of data and will specify a start date accordingly and the source will pass validation. However, for non power users they will think that 2 years is all they can get and will miss out on the additional 13 months of data.
