OpenAI has released the gpt-4o-mini which is pretty cost effective to use. Can mods support this out of the box ?

Update the mods.yml and add a new api endpoint for this model

Describe alternatives you've considered
I have edited the local mods.yml and manually updated the api end point for this new model.
