colcon build very slow in docker container

I build a package in host, it takes 2 minutes. But in a docker, it takes 16 minutes.

nvm, I checked the logs and the slowness was from pytest, I removed some libraries and it was as fast as the non container environment (don't ask me why doing that makes pytest faster)

@baker-Xie Did you ever find a way to improve this? I have seen this in multiple scenarios as well.
