Mark mandatory fields with *

Motivation

There is no marking for mandatory fields and users are first informed of that by warning when they save something without filling all the mandatory fields. As * is suggested in the design for #2953 this should be adopted system wide.

I like it this idea, it should increase the impression that our system is simple and upfront about important information, raising trust.

What about making the asterisk red (or some highlighting colour)? I feel like I've seen other UI do this, making it even more clear that it is not part of the label but conveying special meaning about the field being required @nikolahoff
