Add Netlify icons/links to Vuestic projects

As we are moving towards Netlify free open source plan we'll need to feature their link to all internal pages for Vuestic projects according to the document: https://www.netlify.com/legal/open-source-policy/.

What has to be done in context of this task:

• Netlify icon should be made to match vuestic visual look.
• We need to apply icons/links to all vuestic sites (admin, epic spinners, storybook, ui, admin-demo). Should work the same for all environments.
