fossasia meilix travis ci
@meets2tarun can you please explain me this env varible in travis ci config ?

It is his travis ci account, so everything always is released by tarun.

it is in fossasia account we should change it to fossasia account otherwise in future if Tarun decides to delete his account it might break things (I know Tarun will not do that) but I think we should change it
