Short description

Bookmarks needs to be switched off for the meilix ISO
We give the user the option to enable bookmarks using the meilix-generator

Usecase

The bookmarks needs to be disabled by default

@tabesin @meets2tarun @abishekvashok @xeon-zolt can you please elaborate what bookmarks means for the meilix-desktop
I have a vague idea of what it means but a clear description will help

we can add browsers config to skel and replace them too if bookmarks are required
