Describe the bug
When trying to upload a pdf file, with a large number of pages, getting an error message

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Go to prod.glific.com

  2. Go to manage and go to knowledge base

  3. upload the document
    Aadharshila.pdf

  4. See error

  1. The knowledge base with the category is still created.

  1. This category_id when used does not lead to answers from the doc.

Expected behavior

  1. Document upload should ideally not fail, if the document is within the specified limit (less than 1 mb)
  2. if the document upload has failed the category id should not be created.
