bug: Ionic Color Generator Preview Not Updating on Chrome

Describe the Bug

When using the color generator to try out different palettes the device preview does not update after a color change. Safari is fine the issue seems only when using Chrome (127.0.6533.74 (Official Build) (arm64)).

Expected Behavior

After changing the color hex code expect the device preview to automatically update with that new color in place of the original.

1. Make a change in the color generator / return
