Can I use my own "copy/text" to have Draw.io build me a flowchart or diagram?

I have my workflows already typed out in a word or excel document is there a way to use my text in draw.io, by cutting and pasting or converting it and having draw.io build be flowcharts/diagrams from it? I have figured out how to use Chatgpt by asking questions and taking that answer and having it build a flowchart - but I want to use "my" text that I have already spent time typing out and have it automatically converted to a flowchart. I don't have the time to pick the objects and retype all the info inside each and draw lines etc to build from scratch. THANK YOU for any type of help!
