Allow mutiple LSTM data

Actually current LSTM uses Thai data only. I need integrate Burmese data too.

It's nice to see you're planning to add the support for Burmese! Do you mind add it after uax14_rs is integrated into icu4x? I've already requested the review for integrating uax14_rs into icu4x, and I hope it can be merged soon without blocking any further development.
