需求描述
因为一些原因我们可能要将文件用其他格式封装，如zip那么在播放前可能需要对文件进行解压，希望能够使得插件能够介入文件处理的过程

替代方案
提供一个 Decode 之类的接口，在播放前可以实现一定程度的编解码操作，输入一个二进制流，并返回一个新的二进制流

其他信息
很多平台都有自己的文件封装，这功能我认为比较有用
