Single User Install on Windows 11 Fails

On Windows 11, if I select installing InVEST workbench for a single user (i.ie, not everyone) the installer ends without notice and never completes.

I just gave this a try locally and am not experiencing the problem. Here are my Windows specs:

OS Name: Microsoft Windows 11 Pro
Version: 10.0.22631 Build 22361
System Model: 13th Gen Intel Core

I wonder if you could share more details like:

• Windows version
• Chip architecture
• Whether another version of InVEST is currently installed
• If you've tried downloading the installer again, maybe something got corrupt?
• If your username path includes any non traditional characters or whitespaces
• If you have any antivirus that might be swooping in?
• anything else that might be useful...?
