[BOM] Add bulk action to change product weight

What is the need / problem?

A hub reported that sometimes, they need to edit all their orders with the same weight for a particular lineitem. Currently they have to :

• Got to /admin/orders/bulk_management
• Select the line item in order to have a list of all the line items sold given the filters selected
• Display the weight column, and change weight one line item at a time

They would love that the action buttons offers the ability to say "all selected line items weight XX kg".

Which type of users does this problem affect (and how many, if known)?

- Hub Managers (MCFEs)
- Producers

Potential solutions that will solve the problem?

use the action button to display a pop-in allowing to add the weight and save

⚠️ users would need to be able to select ALL lineitems ie on all page results.
