What problem does this feature solve?

Create links to outside documentation to better explain the reason behind the error.

How does this feature solve the problem?

There seems to be a markdown string object in the VSCode API that could be used for this purpose.

What are some alternatives to this feature?

I thought about creating a new extension with stylelint as a dependency. But then also thought it could be included here since it could be helpful to others.
