How to add Cloudflare Web Analytics script tag to vitepress html?

In a word, if the string contains ", there seems no way to prevent it being escaped.
I've tried:

    defer: "",
    src: "https://static.cloudflareinsights.com/beacon.min.js",

but the output is:

but it should be:

Both are same. Even if you add the second one on a website and edit it as HTML, it will be shown as the first one.
