~/Library/Parallels/Downloadswas kept during uninstall with zap. This directory contains ISO files that are downloaded by Parallels during setup of a VM (e.g. a Windows ISO file).IMHO this directory should be removed as well, because it contains a files created by Parallels (not the user).
