Add warning and caveat for NVM syntax - to document the surprising behavior that it will not use the latest
lts/*version for multiple days after a new version is released.I'm aware that this is probably a controversial change, but as seen at the link above, the UX for
actions/setup-nodeis clearly broken forlts/*NVM syntax currently.Related issue:
Original issue reported in #940 and then closed, seemingly as a "won't fix"
