v3.000

This is version 3.000 of Inconsolata, the first version as a variable font. It has width coverage from 50 to 200, and weight coverage from 200 to 900. There is a bit of polish remaining, but I wanted to get the release out so people would have an opportunity to test it and shake out problems.

Update from @appsforartists:

• added ligatures !==, ===, =>, <-, -> for JavaScript
• improved positioning of () {} to numbers
