Adds temporary routes for lesson creation and edits

Summary

• Adds the specified routes in planLessonRoutes.js as mentioned in Create temporary routes path where changes will be built for lesson creation and editing #12622
• Adds SidePanel in LessonCreation Page.
• Temporarily add components for demonstration when the new routes are visited.
